Sk8ergurl1337 found out that image shack is the most convenient way. Just host it there and resize it to the size where it says "(Avatar)".If you need more help PM her.

i let sk8ergurl1337 do it for me Very Happy. but she uses image shack and selects the size to "avatar". that simple.
